In the halls of the Research Center at the Ministry of Justice in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, the College of Law – University of Al-Qadisiyah had a prominent presence and an active contribution in the Sixth International Scientific Conference, organized under the title “Law Between the Will of the State and the Business Environment”, held in Erbil on October 1–2, 2025.
The participation of our College was distinguished by the acceptance of several research papers reflecting rigorous academic diversity and depth. Among the contributors were:
- Prof. Nidham Gabbar Talib, Dr. Ali Abdul-Sadah Juaiz, and Legal Researcher Ali Gabbar, with their joint paper entitled: “The Ethics of Conscious Capitalism: Promoting Social Justice Through Legislation.”
Additionally, Prof. Adnan Ajel Ubaid presented his paper entitled: “The Impact of Judges’ Personal Freedoms on the Judicial Work Environment.”
Meanwhile, Dr. Ali Abdul-Sadah Juaiz and Dr. Ali Hamza Jabir jointly presented their paper entitled: “The Constitutional Protection of Economic Rights – A Comparative Study.”
It is also noteworthy that Prof. Nidham Gabbar Talib chaired the eighth session, which was titled “Modern Technologies and the Business Environment.”
The distinguished contributions of our faculty were honored by the conference administration, as they were awarded certificates of participation in recognition of their academic efforts. Furthermore, Prof. Adnan Ajel Ubaid was specially honored, along with a group of distinguished professors, with the award of “Pillars of Legal Jurisprudence.” In addition, Dr. Ali Abdul-Sadah Juaiz received the award of “Outstanding Young Researchers.”
This remarkable achievement reflects the esteemed position of the College of Law – University of Al-Qadisiyah and its leading role in the field of legal research. It reaffirms the College’s commitment to supporting its faculty members and researchers in producing rigorous studies that contribute to the development of the legal environment and enhance the College’s standing in all scientific forums.
