Under the supervision of the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Nidham Gabbar Talib, the Civil Defense Unit at the College, in cooperation with the Civil Defense Directorate in Diwaniyah Governorate, held a training course for self-protection teams and employees. The training course was about types of fires, methods of extinguishing, how to deal with fires, types of fire extinguishers, the best ways to use them, in the event of fires.
The course also included the most important first aid that can be performed to preserve life, such as first aid for burns and suffocation, and how to intervene quickly to reduce losses.
