Based on the invitation from the Faculty of Law – University of Karbala, Prof. Dr. Adnan Uriel Obaid, Professor of Constitutional Law and Associate Dean for Scientific Affairs in our college, participated in the proceedings of the discussion of his doctoral dissertation titled (The Impact of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court Decisions on Achieving Legal Security)
Which was held in the hall of the late Dr. Abbas Al-Husseini, and the opinions of the debater had a great impact in enriching the proceedings of the discussion and the diversity of opinions and scientific theses. On the sidelines of the discussion, Dr. Uriel met with the Governor of Karbala, the Director General of Karbala Education, and the President of the University of Karbala with a group of law professors
This participation comes as part of the scientific exchange of our college’s experiences with Iraqi universities and establishes scientific cooperation in the field of postgraduate studies.
